Job Description:

• » Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend process improvements
• » Lead Blueprint sessions and workshops
• » Lead a Business Process track in a Business Transformation / Implementation project
• » Lead small to medium sized projects completely and deliver end-to-end solution to the clients
• » Help the client in Business Case preparation for initiating the project
• » Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective tracks
• » Thorough knowledge of all process areas for atleast one domain
• » Thorough knowledge of complete life-cycle of SalesForce based solution
• » Drive the team in the Realization phase to complete design and development
• » Willingness to travel 80%-100% within the US.

Education:4 year Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
